Innovate Financials is seeking driven individuals who have a passion for helping others. Will consult with clients and prospective clients to assess insurance needs, budget, final expenses, financial planning and other financial goals. Provides rate quotes and coverage recommendations; assists with long-term planning. Assists with completion of application and other necessary paperwork; obtains underwriting approval.

  • Fosters opportunities for growth and creation of new business revenue for the company.

  • Creates unique solutions for clients to choose from.

  • Identifies specific needs of clients and provides the best financial solutions to clients.

  • Identifies new monetary opportunities for both the clients and the agency.

  • Maintains client relationships and ensures that each individual client's needs are met.

  • Generates diverse clientele by applying marketing strategies and referrals.

  • Enhances the reputation of the agency by undertaking different tasks on behalf of the agency.

  • Keeps up with the latest trends, products, and services that are offered in the field.

  • Meet with clients via zoom

  • Engage in group training sessions

  • Work with underwriters to provide details for policy approvals for clients

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen and reside in the United States

  • Active Life Insurance license or ability to obtain one

  • Access to Laptop or Ipad

  • Must have internet access

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Pass a background check

  • Entry level applicants accepted, prior experience with life insurance and financial planning preferred

  • People-oriented

  • Self-motivated

  • Proactive in problem solving

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews

  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer

  • Detail oriented

  • Obtain State Issued Insurance license within 10 days of agreement

  • Must be 18+
