Innovate Financials is seeking driven individuals who have a passion for helping others. Will consult with clients and prospective clients to assess insurance needs, budget, final expenses, financial planning and other financial goals. Provides rate quotes and coverage recommendations; assists with long-term planning. Assists with completion of application and other necessary paperwork; obtains underwriting approval.

Fosters opportunities for growth and creation of new business revenue for the company.
Creates unique solutions for clients to choose from.
Identifies specific needs of clients and provides the best financial solutions to clients.
Identifies new monetary opportunities for both the clients and the agency.
Maintains client relationships and ensures that each individual client's needs are met.
Generates diverse clientele by applying marketing strategies and referrals.
Enhances the reputation of the agency by undertaking different tasks on behalf of the agency.
Keeps up with the latest trends, products, and services that are offered in the field.
Meet with clients via zoom
Engage in group training sessions
Work with underwriters to provide details for policy approvals for clients
Requirements
Must be a US Citizen and reside in the United States
Active Life Insurance license or ability to obtain one
Access to Laptop or Ipad
Must have internet access
Excellent customer service skills
Pass a background check
Entry level applicants accepted, prior experience with life insurance and financial planning preferred
